"He's a high character guy and holds his players to that standard. Coach Griffin is the type of coach you want to perform at your best for him. He is very inspiring, motivating and loves nothing more than to win. Some things I would say he could improve on is to try and focus on a system of play that fits the players around him not vice versa. Sometimes when he see's something working for another team he wants to play just like them when we don't have the players to do so."
