"I was told by three therapists I was being verbally and mentally abused by Steve. Seniors told me they were only able to get through his coaching because of being medicated it “numbed them”. Lots and lots of crying from players at practice, would make our assistant coach cry, and people would often walk out mid- practice due to not being able to handle the emotional toll of how he treated us. After leaving I’ve realized a lot of things that happened there were not normal. He excessively texts you and makes you feel incapable on and off the court. He also would cry to us often. Not normal at all, was also told by other senior players to “run” as in transfer which i did. He also tries to act like he cares about you when you bring up issues to him, but then will continue to belittle you and everyone else. Loves to single people out and embarrass them purposefully too. I don’t recommend AT ALL. "
