"She’s a poor leader and a disagreeable person. Players and coaching staff are too scared to confront her about her poor coaching decisions, and she treats players that do confront her like dirt. I don’t think a single person on my team actually liked her."

She’s disrespectful, ignorant, and downright immature. She doesn’t know the game, doesn’t understand her players, and believes she can do no wrong, making it impossible to work with her.
