"McCauliffe is a dishonest Coach, grooms players to participate in gross behavior. Plays head games, uses foul language, and his assistant coach, his BFF, punched the glass on the bench during a game for all to see his violent behavior. Team members have posted hazing (Mandatory Beer Olympics, team bonding) behavior and racist activity. His untruths and bullying behavior should be addressed by the BLUELINE CLUB and is ignored. Those members help cover up the abuse and illegal happenings that go on in the Hockey Program, both Men's and Women's Ice hockey teams. The Athletic Director should be removed from his position. Tim, lies when he recruits to fill the roster, to bench and not dress the SA. It's a pattern that has been going on since he stepped foot in the position. The school rewards his behavior naming him Coach of the Year, to lure International players to come to Vermont State @Castleton, a sinking ship."
