"He didn’t make the team feel valued. I didn’t know he actually appreciated me as a player until I said I was quitting. The team is very very kind but Trent could be better. We have explained our frustrations with him and he isn’t receptive. He also doesn’t pay attention to anyone playing below 2 doubles and 2 singles. He knows the game well, but isn’t the best when it comes to encouraging us to do our best or hyping up the team before/after matches. "
