"Whitney has rebuilt the program over the last 3 years. She brought the program from a losing program to one that set records taking the team to the A10 tournament for the first time in 13 years. . While there were some things that may have made us irritated as parents , I imagine that happens with all coaches. She can be tough but she knows softball and improved the program. We do truly believe she cares about the athletes but she is not a hand holder. When my daughter took concerns to Whitney- she always came away feeling like the issues were addressed. The facilities have also greatly improved over the last 3 years-attention was given to the softball field as well as indoor practice space and locker rooms- which were not in great shape prior to Whitney’s arrival. "
