"This coach is awful! He plays mind games with his team, he does not substitute girls when they’re asking for one, he is NOT AT ALL transparent with players, he does not follow through to schedule meetings with his team members like he says he will do, does not coach the girls with use of their game videos (a link automatically is sent out & the team is on their own to watch). He told 1 years girls as a whole that each of them wasn’t his first choice when he was recruiting, he has poached candidates away from other coaches when they’re asking players didn’t have his school on their radar. He does not work with the girls he let’s his assistants (who are college students) and he does NOT take the feedback of his assistants or team. He is a lousy coach who I would NEVER recommend a student to go to his team. He is a bully to select girls he targets, he plays mind games and he shouldn't be coaching - he is a defensive playing coach, and lacks forward attacking game."

"Coach knows how important academics and the next step of his player's dreams/lives are and finds a way to make soccer fit into as many people's schedules with ease as possible. Can be very demanding and critical, but mostly listens to captains and assistants when they have to discuss the well-being of the team or dynamic on the field. The team culture is absolutely fantastic. The entire team is so close, and a lot of the girls live together and spend a ton of time together outside of soccer and school."
