"Personally, I would say the arena has a bit of an older feel to it, but the upgrades that are being made is making it feel more modern for athletes. I think its a good balance of the New Orleans tradition and new improvements that are being made within the program."

"UNO’s Lakefront Arena oversees the lake that the university sits on which has a good appeal to it. I would say most parts of the arena do need to be modernized even though we have gotten some new renovated I think there is still some work to do. There is also not a lot of concessions which is inconvenient on game nights."

"For a smaller D1 school our facilities are actually nice. We have a nice arena where we play our games and our newly renovated locker room which has been great to my teammates and I. Our practice gyms also just got renovated which has helped a lot."

"Coming from a JUCO to a D1 there was so much more in terms of facilities and the resources they have. It’s great being able to play in an arena and have other nice things in the facility. It’s only about a 5 minute drive from campus so its really easy to get to where we need to be."

"Our facility has a lot of things to see. We have a nice training room, weight room, and nice arena where we play. The arena is about 5 minute drive from the apartments and dorms, so not far at all. There is a lot off campus and all the facilities are in one spot which makes it easy for the athletes. It gets the job done and some more."
