He’s not a bad guy, though quite unprofessional and untrustworthy, but his understanding of psychology, tactics, and overall football management is exactly what you’d expect (non-existent). He has phrases such as “football is 90% fitness” and “if you outrun the opponent, you’re guaranteed a win!” It’s no wonder why his team is finishing last place every season; he doesn’t understand how to put a team together. Not a bad guy per say, but not responsible, nor open-minded. "

"Alex had/has no business coaching softball. You can be a decent player and a horrible coach and she is the perfect example of that. She took accomplishments of her players that had zero to do with her and acted as though it was all her. No coach at the college level should be preaching "squish the bug" and then claim they know everything there is to know about hitting. I feel like our entire team got worse by having her for barley a single season."
