Accessible Cool Direct Disorganized Poor Communication

"Definitely should not be a college coach. If you are not a favorite then you will never play. Horrible base coaching and decision making. Verbally abusive to players. Takes zero responsibility for her mistakes. Allows “favorites” parents to coach from the sidelines. 2/3 of the team smokes pot and she is clueless. Makes empty promises to players. Not a good communicator. Doesn’t support players off the field unless you are a favorite. Allows team culture to be toxic."
