" She is so down to earth, fun, loves the game. Even the way she communicates with the family is as if you are also part of the family until something with her player doesn't go right. She knows the game well and was able to provide a breakdown of my daughter's strengths and weakness before half time. Better as a recruiter than coach. Plays the same plays over and over, doesn't sub very well at all. 6 man rotation and wears out her starters. Can be negative and has created a low moral culture. No player development or mentorship. Needs to be more engaging with her team to get to know them well. Her players have mentioned that everything is glitz and glam when you are a freshman, and then pushed to the side in your upper years. Has happened. Needs to learn how to separate home life from the college program. "

"He caused the team to go from 60 members to 12 in 3 seasons. He can’t recruit, he give garbage yardage, and is always on his phone. Doesn’t give technical tips and tells you to “google it” if you’re confused. It’s ridiculous. The teammate-led practices were more productive than the ones he had. The number of people have quit because of him alone is astounding. The remaining people on the team are united in their hate for this man. "
