"Coach Amanda is possibly the worst college coach I have ever come across. I’m not sure what qualifications she met to be hired as the head coach because she certainly shows no IQ about soccer. She relies on her assistant coaches for practices and plans, she constantly asks her players for their opinions on team game plans. Last time I checked she had a D license and is a college coach, again I don’t understand how that makes her qualified. She is way too personal with her players, entertaining gossip and whatnot which makes her seem like she is stuck in high school. Her recruitment is terrible as she just focuses on the girls that are fast, can dribble well, and obviously the ones that score. She has no eye for potential and instead recruits girls that don’t benefit the team. She is the reason I, and many other girls, hate soccer. I would not recommend her as a coach if you are still looking to improve and reach your potential."
"Coach Amanda is the best decision this program ever made. As a team we are so happy and she and Coach Sam are asking our opinions and making sure we are taken care of. We are excited for the fall season. She is organized and knows what she wants and will get us to the next level. "
"She will act very friendly and that she cares about you when she is recruiting but that is not how it is once the season starts. She acts like she wants to be your friend instead of a coach and if you're not her favorite you'll know. She will not reach out to you if you are not one of those favorites. She is not knowledgable about the game and will treat and compare you to her daughter's team (which she also coaches). She acts like a high schooler and not a coach and should not be a head coach. This program has gone up a little bit but it is not any better than previous years "
"Where do I begin! Amanda has been my assistant coach only for 1 year and she has made this broken program and successful one. 2 years ago we were not in a good place due to bad coaching. Amanda came into the picture and turned this program around in the 2 years she has been here. She always reaches out and makes sure her players are ok. She checks in on us as a group and individually if need be. I have never had a coach care so much as she does. She does everything for the team and never asks for anything in return. But because of how much heart she has put into this team it makes us (the players) want to be successful for her. The girls are working so hard in the off season and we have the drive and willingness to win. We want this for ourselves and we want this for the team all because Amanda cared and believed in us. We are excited for our Fall season and hope to make the school proud as well. "
"He does not care about his team. He does nothing for us. Half the time he doesn’t even want to be there. He tells us one thing and when we do that he yells at us and tells us to do it another way. He is degrading. He says inappropriate things to us. He has no idea what he is doing and freaks under pressure. Our assistant coach is more of a coach then him. He goes to her for all the advice. Seamus should not be coaching Womens soccer. He does not know how too. "
"This coach has picked me up when other coaches made me feel worthless. She has created a team at my university worth playing for. She believes in all of us. "
"I am truly disappointed that this woman has been appointed head coach, she is nothing more than a snake. I am so happy I graduated from here because it was hell on earth playing for Amanda Bezner. She has no experience coaching , always the assistant to make smart remarks but she will never be good enough to be a head coach, I cannot wait to sit back and watch this s**t show go down in the coming seasons. "
"I am a transfer student who will be starting fall 2023. Lets just say Amanda is the best. I have talked with her on multiple occasion and I can see that she is very invested in the team, academics, and personally relations. When I visited I could immediately tell that's the coach I was looking for even without having a practice or game with her. she was very passionate, motivational, etc. I could not be more excited to restart my collegiate career with her and my new team"
