"This woman is one of the worst people I’ve ever met, she does not care for her players. The relationships she has with her players are strictly based off of fear, manipulation and wanting validation. Most can’t leave because they have a need for her validation or praise that is rarely given out or they stay because of the easy university classes. She makes extreme comments that are not positive about players weights, sexuality and other things that you shouldn’t comment on. She knows what she’s doing coaching wise but for the sake of your mental health do not go there. The team culture is also toxic even though they say it’s amazing. They say it’s amazing out of fear of the Coach. Pretty much everyone hates each other and talks so poorly about each other. The team itself will not go far either, one of the worst conferences in DIII athletics and barely makes it to the NCAA first round"

"I am an alumni. I loved the culture of Aurora, but the culture was solely created by the team. I’ve never had a harder coaching staff and the main consensus by everyone at Aurora is that they felt they were catfish during the recruiting process. It’s genuinely like walking on eggshells if I could do it over again, I would not go here. I would definitely say she’s very knowledgeable, but extremely reactive and says some questionable things."

"Coach Jackie recruited a great group of athletes! 2022 she lead the team to its first ever Conference Championship and NCAA appearance! She is caring, knowledgeable, and does beat for tram and players. "

"Doesn’t care about the game and just worries about other peoples beliefs and how those might affect his precious girls. Hates anyone who’s “different” and has lost over 20 girls through his short time at AU. Very disappointing for the school, himself, and me for trusting him as a coach. Worst team to have ever played for truly."
