"Terrible in game decision maker. Plays only her favorites and bats the same lineup game after game after game and has no clue what the other 7-8 players on her team is capable of doing. Tells her team that the bench players lost the game for them because they didn’t cheer Loud enough even though they cheer non stop at levels that would annoy even a 10u rec team coach. Bats players that strikeout out game after game and are batting in .100s or worse and has several players on the team that haven’t batted 10 times or played innings on defense. Team record is poor which makes the decisions of playing time look even worse considering the same 10-11 players lose game after game for her. She throws temper tantrums on the field and in the dugout. Does not communicate at all with team families which is odd being that Bethel University is a Christian school. She doesn’t show up for recruiting events on her own campus. On road trips she either feeds the team peanut butter sandwiches or gives them a $5 allowance at fast food stops. Very disappointing overall. "
