Bloomfield College

"First, he's not Bloomfield any longer, he's at Caldwell University. This is his 2nd year as head coach (2024/25 year). Initially he talks a good game. Promises you anything and everything to get you to commit to Caldwell. But he grossly over Promises and under delivers. There are 42 girls on the roster this year...you read that right...42. Yet he only plays the same 20 players over and over. It doesn't matter how hard you work in practice, it doesn't matter if you're faster or a better player...if you're not one of the favored 20 you absolutely will not step foot on the pitch outside of practice. And yet despite already having 42 players he continues to recruit past the number of seniors we have leaving after this season. If you love the game like I do, and you value your time and efforts on the pitch, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to play. You have about a 30% chance of ever seeing game play if you go to Caldwell. That less than the national D1 average. DO NOT believe anything he tries to sell you to get you to commit. It's all lies. And he's a very poor sport to boot. He does not lose gracefully and he screams a berates the players. Practice turns into punishment if the team loses whether you get to play or not. This is the worst soccer experience I've had in my 15 years of playing and I greatly regret ever having signed here. Entering the portal next week. Run as far away from this coach as you possibly can. "

Always willing to help. Everywhere he has coached he has won and changed the atmosphere to being better than it was before. A diamond many fear because of his knowledge and willingness to fight for what's needed and right."
