He is a former D1 field athlete and is super knowledgeable about all throws, and gives really constructive and easy to understand feedback on form and conditioning needed to succeed. His conditioning is tough, but you can see that it works given the success of the throws team. His ability to build and maintain culture is something that really stands out for the team, and he was able to build relationships in the throws athletes that continued after practice and even after graduation.
