"Greg destroyed the team as a first-year coach at Colby College. He cut commits without giving them a chance after giving them bogus ratings that suited his need to bring in his recruited players - you're right where we need you to be and then 3 weeks later, you're not a good fit. As a result, he was dismissed from the College after less than one year. Those players that remain are disheartened. He didn't understand the need to build a team culture over time. Slash and burn was his approach. It is good that the college stepped in, though many players' college careers have been irrevocably damaged after dedicated many years towards becoming a college soccer player."

"Colby needs to pay attention. He is a terrible coach. He lies to his players and he lies to parents. He creates an environment of haves and have nots. His coaching style of play is horrible, no skill. Closed minded and extremely DISRESPECTFUL to the players and therefore they have no respect for him. He does not honor the rules of academics and does not keep practice times as stated, runs hours over and students miss meals. Colby needs a new coach!"
