"Heather leaves a strong first impression. Upon further examination, her skills and training are dated. She lacks a strong relationship with her players. "
"We did not have a great season. Eto is not an experienced coach and doesn't have the skill set to have us succeed. His only credit is he played for the team before."
"Decent guy and coach. Very unorganized and is constantly changing plans and philosophy. Makes it about himself a lot. Cares about his players but doesn't treat everyone the same or with respect"
"Very quiet, but says quality things when he is talking. Very good sense of humor. He exemplifies patience and sticks to the philosophy that incremental, quality gains are better than wearing someone out. His training is very simple and permits flexibility. "
"One of the best d2 facilities out there. Locker rooms are cool, practice facility is always open and available, and the playing gym is insane. Highly recommend!"
"The facility that the gym is in is amazing! It is a state of the yard, newly renovated facility that literally just blows your mind when you walk through it. There’s a rock climbing wall and plenty of other amenities to go along with it. We have a practice gym as well as a huge stadia that we plan for games that is amazing. I can’t say enough about how cool these facilities are it’s like being in a D1 University."
"He's extremely passionate about the game of baseball and he lives by it. He finds a way to build relationships with all of the guys and does his best to prepare you for life after baseball. He's a very fun and very easy guy to play for; makes the game enjoyable. "
"Great guy who loves the game of baseball. Not only wants to see the players succeed within the game but wants to help the players succeed in growing as individuals. "
"Bales was a fine coach when I first got to campus but the longer we interacted the more his real character began to show. His practice plans are unorganized and don’t make much sense. He has lied about a coach being suspended by saying he had a family emergency, all while preaching honesty. For being a psychology major, he tends to tear down his players mentally, even chirping some of his own players during games. He has continued to lose respect from his players and other athletic faculty, multiple complaints have been made to the athletic department but very little action has been taken. Avoid this coach as he does not develop players."
