He is a person you can go to and talk about anything with and always helps in any way possible. He cares more about the person than the player. He strives to make his players feel at home and have a family atmosphere on and off the field. He never gives up on his team and rarely gets negative towards the team. Him and his wife our like parents to the team and will do anything to help us out. I would recommend Rod as a coach any day. "

"Very misleading during the recruiting process. Brings in ridiculously sized recruiting classes (mostly foreigners) and tells them all they will play and be a big part of the first team. Don't trust him, there are much better programs to consider that actually care about the well-bring of their students."
