"Coach O’Kelley is an amazing coach and not like any other coach for sure. I have had three coaches since I have been competing and he has been the ONLY coach to got my time down to being one of the top runners in Georgia. He competed in high school and college and has been successful on both levels as a runner and coach. I know he won a few high school state championships and also won as a college coach. Coach T is just good at being a leader and coach"
"He was my high school coach. I sat the bench most of the year. The starter of my position lost the ball 85% of the time (verified this through video) but his mother volunteered her time to help Moss-Brown as somewhat of a team manager. When I did play, he mentioned how full of energy and intensity I had to the team during halftime. He never provided any negative feedback as to why I didn’t play. Parents approached me multiple times throughout the season asking how my injury was coming along, when I wasn’t injured at all.
I expressed my desire to play collegiate soccer and he made zero effort to help. At the end of the season I scheduled a meeting with him to discuss how I felt and if there was any chance he could assist me with college recruitment. Less than 5 minutes into the meeting he took a phone call that lasted over an hour. He kept me on the bench unfairly because someone’s mom was his helper. I regret not speaking up earlier, and wonder if I ever would have been able to achieve my goal of playing collegiate soccer all the time. It’s my experience that Coach Moss-Brown picks and chooses who he cares about and is unfair. "
"Amazing coach and person general. Coach Ella will probably forget more about cross country, and running in general, than I will ever know. She is extremely caring and is one of the most motivational people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She sacrifices so much to be there for us and is able to find a way to get the best out of all of us."
"He's a really nice guy and good coach. He doesn't make you feel bad when you make mistakes and is glad to help you understand what you need to do better as a player."
"He knows his Xs and Os and how to manage a team very well. Sometimes wishes he could establish better relationships with his players. But he is very experienced and knows how to mold a championship team."
"He's a phenomenal individual who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his players both inside and outside of soccer. He challenges his players to be proactive as opposed to reactive in the game of soccer, and I feel this mindset is useful and applicable to not just soccer but all sports in general."
"Coach Stubbs is a very caring coach that pushes you to work hard on and off the court. He cares about all of his players wants to see them succeed beyond basketball."
