"His big thing when recruiting is that no players transfer out which is entirely true because instead of transferring they all just quit. Doesn’t know soccer and tactics. You can tell which players are the favorites and if you aren’t the favorite or starter he doesn’t really care about you. He would talk bad about the players on the field to the bench and other coaches during games. It honestly brings the team closer because of how bad it is and when you realize nothing is going to change there is nothing to do except laugh about it"

"For my time at UNF everything was great, besides the soccer. The coaching staff was very unprofessional and dishonest. They never got along within themselves, but specifically if any player had a question for him he would get angry and frustrated. He has a horrible system when it comes to playing time. He has favorites and it is very known, when the favorites are breaking team rules, school rules, and even the law, there is no issue. He talks poorly about his assistant coaches behind their backs. One assistant goes out to bars with some of the team, and the other will get drunk on trips and can’t control his emotions (anger) and the head coach won’t step in at all. He will get emotional and manipulative when things aren’t going his way. Another way he showed his favorites would be when he ranks players, he would added points to certain people, and once he got called out by one of my teammates he became defensive and singled out/ retaliated against the people who spoke up. He, as well as the assistant coaches, would tell players they didn’t have time for them, and created even more of a division when they told players they had to eat last if they didn’t play so the starters would get enough food. On the field he didn’t have much soccer knowledge, given the fact his only experience was being a high school goalkeeper. He would yell things that were critiquing during games, but only to the players on the bench, and when he would angrily take the player off the field that he was mad at, he would high five them and say good job. Leading to no building. He would even says sometimes that he will not take responsibility for a loss or a bad game because he set us up for success and we are the ones that obviously aren’t doing what he is saying. We would practice every day starters vs non starters but the non starters would get YELLED at if they checked to get on the ball, scored, or even played good because “the other team ‘obviously’ wouldn’t do that.” He even said one time AND I QUOTE “I’m right your wrong and you just need to deal with it.” I think the most untrustworthy thing is who he recently hired to be around his team of young girls as his new assistant coach. The new coach has a bad wrap with a lot of women in his life, and at his past job, and his actions to the girls on the team really reflect it."

"It has been a privilege to play under Coach Eric. He expresses immense belief in his players and genuinely wants them to succeed both on and off the field. He emphasizes a family team culture and treats all his players like daughters, which is contrary to many coaches who sometimes treat collegiate athletics as a business transaction. Coach Eric’s coaching style also reflects a strong commitment to hard work and discipline. He emphasizes that sustainable success is built on effort and consistency, pushing us to always give our best no matter the situation."

"Coach Faulconer’s philosophy is for players to earn their positions by working hard, going above what he asks and give it 100% when on the field. As a parent of one of the players, he has done a lot to help my daughter reach the next level. However, she worked hard for it and he saw that in her practice, training and in the games. They have developed a great relationship of coach/mentor and player. I will be forever grateful for her time at UNF and for the coaching staff at UNF."

"Average knowledge of defensive strategies; poor knowledge of offensive strategies. Adequate for D-2 competition but extremely lacking for D-1. Poor player development. Deficient in his knowledge of which skill set are needed to play certain positions. As a result, there is an inability to match players and aptitudes to their best position and consequently, the team to their best formation. Poor player management. Plays his favorite players; not his best players. Alienates and blames players for his lack of offensive tactics. Cannot deal with players on a one-on-one basis. Uses his favorite players to distribute punishments which causes players resentment towards each other when players are pitted against each other. Terrible for team cohesiveness. "
