"While Coach Greep was passionate about the sport, it felt like she controlled every aspect of my life. I couldn’t post things on social media (such as me out with a drink) even though I was legally allowed to drink and we had no practice or game the next day. My experience was very stressful and caused severe anxiety due to balancing all the extra things we did for softball besides practice. I felt like I couldn’t live normally and could not relax"
"He brags about being the youngest college AD, and it shows. Calls the men’s soccer players puss*es when they complain about racial slurs from other teams and that other players who raise concerns of abuse from coaches as “too sensitive.” And when said coach is fired, then tells players if “they had come to them, he would have fixed things.” All while he sat back and did nothing while players were benched for reporting. Only reason abusive and loosing coach was fired was because players went to the president-not this guy. All in all, he blames others and makes excuses. Gets defensive when asked direct questions, calling him out and just doesn’t have the maturity beyond a middle school AD. Claims he only wants to hear from players and not parents, but ignores players concerns. Does little to support coaches and isn’t even aware or responsive to recruiting challenges we face. Also treats women’s teams with total disrespect. Men’s teams receive food money even at home games while women’s team barely receive enough for a soda and bag of chips-and then only for away games. Whoever hired this guy really needs to question themselves. "

"Please check this coach’s experience playing and coaching before accepting an offer from Coach Taylor and talk to players.
She doesn’t know how to teach beyond the high school level since that is the highest she’s played or coached. She gaslights players because she doesn’t know how to do stuff, because she can’t teach it.
She allows players to run the team and has no clue how to wrangle in players who just want to be the one rock star on the team.
And ZERO communication. You won’t find out if you are playing or benched until she turns in the line up and will the. Offer no reasoning for her decision. She ducks out immediately after practice and games to avoid players.
2-46 over 2 years says it all, but the AD is so inept. It will be 2 and 56 next year.
Coach Taylor even told our team that she didn’t expect us to win a set all season. No wonder we didn’t win a match. She coaches yes like we already lost every game. "
"7 tournament wins in the last 3 semesters, broke school one round scoring record by 13 shots (279), tied for 1st place in conference tournament (2021), won conference championship by 6 shots (2022), 2021 and 2022 individual champion in conference tournament, 8th place in 2022 NCAA East/Atlantic Regional, and has now qualified to participate in NCAA Regional tournament for two consecutive years."
