Constantly shifting lineups and player roles with absolutely no awareness of (or concern for?) how disruptive it is to the overall health of team morale and success. Very erratic with personal relationships — you just don’t know what you’re going to get from him on any given day. Years of experience don’t always equal quality of experience — look elsewhere for better coaching leadership and pedigree. "

"I have played under multiple coaches and have a good basketball background, but nothing could prepare me for Leslie Fuss. She is a power hungry bully that is very immature and inadequate for coaching. I was completely lied to during my whole recruiting process by her. The program and culture she creates is very toxic and full of fear. She does not care about academics and shows your grades to others and makes fun of you. I was always embarrassed to be seen with her because of how she treats people. You have to go against your beliefs as a person by becoming her player to see playing time and the ones that don’t receive repercussions on a silver platter. If you ask too many questions or try to voice your opinion you are seen as defiant and are then targeted. I have seen her break my teammates down and not care to build them back up. The mental and physical abuse you endure as her athlete is nothing I wish upon anyone. Her playing style is very aggressive and pushes an athlete to their breaking point. She loses games for her team by making ridiculous calls and decisions but then blames it on assistant coaches and the point guards. She was a point guard so if you're a point guard it will be 10X worse for you. She screams and degrades players during the game/sidelines in front of family, faculty, and friends. If you play under her you will lose your love for them game and wish you never met her! Not recommend. I would give her 0 stars. "
