"An amazing coach and mentor. Don’t believe the 1 star review above. The only adult on the HPU staff who both was a great coach and protector of young women. You can’t put a price on her integrity and coaching skill. Players and parents owe a lot to Coach Kenz and she won’t know how much she positively impacted young women while at HPU. Her career has no where to go but up with Coach Ard who is also a great coach and mentor of young women. "

"Flat out, Debbie Snell is simply not good at her job. I can’t tell well enough if she truly is a horrible person or if she just doesn’t realize what she is doing. Her actions at HPU are leading the school down the same path as her previous institutions, and without action HPU athletics will find its downfall within the next few years. Ms Snell’s actions have already led to dozens of athletics staff to leave or be forced out of their programs. Student-athletes are struggling physically and mentally because of the decisions Debbie Snell has made. The only people benefiting from her employment is upper administration at Hawaii Pacific who don’t want to put the effort in to find a new athletic director. "
