"Great school and has potential to be a great program, but the way Kayla coaches and treats players, drives players away from the program. She gets into team drama and judges you more on personality rather than actual field hockey skills. The players are in a constant state of stress which cultivates a toxic team environment. So many players transfer for good reason; the numbers never lie. Many complaints get swept under the rug by the athletic department, and nothing will ever change. She consistently gets great talent, but can’t seem to put together a good season. If you don’t care too much about field hockey, you’ll have a good time at the school, otherwise, I would never recommend this program."
