"Great school and has potential to be a great program, but the way Kayla coaches and treats players, drives players away from the program. She gets into team drama and judges you more on personality rather than actual field hockey skills. The players are in a constant state of stress which cultivates a toxic team environment. So many players transfer for good reason; the numbers never lie. Many complaints get swept under the rug by the athletic department, and nothing will ever change. She consistently gets great talent, but can’t seem to put together a good season. If you don’t care too much about field hockey, you’ll have a good time at the school, otherwise, I would never recommend this program."

"Cory picked up and ran with a job that honestly had huge shoes to fill and a reputation to uphold. As a coach, he absolutely has the experience and knowledge to make a good swimmer GREAT! He wears a lot of hats on the team as he is one of the most approachable people on the IU staff. My only complaint about Cory is that he willingly puts on straight-cut jeans at 5 AM to coach swimming. But I guess this is also a testimony to his commitment to something he cares about. Overall, Cory was a great coach and overall fun person to be around. P.S. if you are a distance swimmer- he'll make you work, but he also knows how to deal with distance group shenanigans, so don't be shy :) "

"An experienced rower and coach. He has seen and done it all. Remains calm, wants the best for the athletes, helps them to achieve. He knows this sport inside and out. He builds a competitive team from the middle of the country where there aren’t many rowers. "
