"My experience with Mindy was not the best. I never felt like she really liked me. She definitely has favorites on the team. She would keep girls that couldn’t complete fitness test while cutting girls that did complete it during preseason I got hurt and was on crutches for a couple days and then was cleared to play the day. I got cleared to play the day I got caught in her reasoning was that the freshmen were taller than me even though it was the same height when she recruited me in the first place, on top of that my freshman class be at 12 girls and then our senior year ended up having three girls from the start at one transfer and it’s a continued cycle because my freshman year the senior class had I believe 14 girls and only three girls ended up completing the program. another time when I was stretching, she stood over me and said to me this isn’t the experience that you thought you were going to have huh and I just replied not exactly but I’m learning a lot because I didn’t know how to respond in that time"

"Rick loves the sport of gymnastics more than anybody I've ever met but it will take me years of therapy to get over how I was treated on that team. "

"Knowledgable, but inconsistent and changes things constantly; tries to change you. Has a bad temper - not good for the team. If we have a bad day she gets very mad and makes it all about her. She is trying to be a college athlete again. Always plays favorites and if you are not one of them, she forgets about you. I do not recommend her as a coach."

"She plays favorites and treats everyone else like crap. Doesn't understand that we have lives outside of softball that we can be upset about. If you're a bench player don't even expect her to glance in your direction. "
