"Coach Wells builds her program on trust and accountability to the team and one another. Her practice sessions are competitive and driven by a winning mindset, but balanced with time for fun and laughter. She holds herself and her athletes to high standards while genuinely caring about her players both on and off the field. She takes time to celebrate milestones and victories in competition and in everyday life. She is approachable and can always be found after a game at the tailgates with her team and the parents. She encourages her athletes to lead with confidence, support one another and cheer each other on. It is always inspiring to see alumni at the games, they are successful and confident, and a reflection of the coaches and program preparing them to be successful leaders on the field and in the real world. Jane fosters a team and parent culture grounded in respect and unity. Our daughter is happy here both on and off the field. (Best person ever until you commit.) She over recruited and over promised any and everything that would pull in players. Dishonest and very egotistical. Cold and not understanding of anyone that does not fit her mold. Just be cautious about her intentions. . "
