"My son, is going on 4 years with Coach Babb and staff. Like any coach he’s tough. He wants to win. The team he puts together are a band of brothers. They help the lower class see the big picture. I believe the team parents are very organized and friendly. Get to know the parents! "
"If you're a top athlete, he's an absolute angel to you. However, with so many athletes on the team it can get tough to reach out to him and get an immediate response. "
"The best coach, mentor, person, second mom that I have ever been surrounded by. Coach Tucker is the epitome of love for the game and life. She knows how to apply the game of lacrosse and competing into your everyday life and making the best decisions for you as a person. I have cherished life lessons she has always and will continue to teach me."
"As an alumnus of JHU, he understands the pressure of being a student athlete in this school. He makes it clear that his door is always open and we can come to him with any issues, whether it's related to swimming or not."
"Scott is a great coach. He really cares about each person on the team, and if you give him the chance to connect and get to know you, it'll only benefit your swimming career and college experience even more. As an alumnus of Johns Hopkins himself, he knows the stress and pressure that Hopkins applies on its students."
"Bobby was the best coach I've ever had. I'm so grateful for everything he taught me, the patience he had, and how he pushed me to improve. I saw incredible improvements in my performance, and growth in my personal life thanks to him."
"Coach Armstrong is very willing to talk to athletes whether it is about swimming, classes, or life. He is very understanding of athletes’ outside commitments but also takes training very seriously. He pushes us to train harder than we often think we can. "
"Scott is very approachable and cares about your emotional and mental wellbeing in addition to physical. He is open to feedback and will take what you want to swim into account."
"The world needs more people like Coach Tucker! She is truly an inspiration to not only her players, but to anyone that she comes in contact with. CT wants to develop her players on and off the field, making them complete and ready to tackle the real world. "
"Coach Tucker is like my mom away from home. She inspires me to not only become a better player, but a better person. I have learned so many important lessons about life and being a class A citizen. She is the most positive, energetic, and motivational woman I have ever met. My life is so much better from knowing such an inspiring woman. "
"Coach Margraff is one of the easiest going, yet demanding Coach I've had. He expects the best out of our team regardless if it's Practice 1 or Game 10. He is also one of the most well-respected and knowledgebale coaches I've played for. Hopkins would not be the same without him."
"The best coach a player could ask for. Understands his coaches & players needs. The perfect guy to build and lead a college football program. Loves Hopkins and everyone who every played for him."
"He is not honest and does not listen or genuinely care about his players. He also forces types of play long after it is clear they do not work. He needs to be an assistant coach under a good coach to learn how to coach college woman's soccer"
"Worked in the industry for a little bit and would not have rather played for any one else. Ultimate Player's Coach. Doesn't hurt that he wins quite a bit as well. "
"Coach Tucker is one of the most caring, enthusiastic, and passionate people I've ever met in my life. Not only is she an amazing coach, she acts as a second mom to her team. I couldn't ask for a better role model and Coach."
"Really good at making you “believe”she cares about you for her own ulterior motives. Convinced me to believe in her to the point of choosing a D 3 school for field hockey over multiple D1 Soccer Scholarship options. Promising playing time and a lot of other things. (Best person ever until you commit.) She over recruited and over promised any and everything that would pull in players. Dishonest and very egotistical. Cold and not understanding of anyone that does not fit her mold. Just be cautious about her intentions.
