Lots of favoritism and he doesn't do a good job of fostering or encouraging a team environment. He's also not great at communicating with his players or making sure everyone is on the same page, and he doesn't provide a high energy environment. "

However, it is not easy to get to know him. He has a very particular sense of humor that not many are going to be able to understand. Also, I don’t consider him the most energetic coach I’ve had/met. The energy has to come from the player, otherwise it will be hard to create a competitive environment. "
