"I am a former athlete of Reale and I almost gave up basketball all together because of her. She broke NCAA D2 rules multiple times such as the hours rule, practice rule, and non-physical punishment rule. At a regular season conference away game, during a timeout, she punched a player. Reale has very little regard for mental health and doesn't care about life after graduation. She has lied to players, so many broken promises, and overreacts to players expressing concern, even trying to kick a girl off for staying she was struggling to enjoy basketball. She is simply young and immature, just not ready to be a head coach when she was appointed in my opinion. I do have to say that she is VERY knowledgeable about gaurd play but struggle with developing post players. She has her obvious favorites, if you're not one, you get treated as less than. The team is amazing, awesome girls, but many aren't coming back. Also, the administration is not great, they have yet to follow through with any of the (illegal) things Reale has done. Malone is a wonderful place and I have enjoyed my time in academics and grown in faith, I love the school, but I would not recommend being a part of the women's basketball team unless you want to hate your life and sport. "
