"Coach Turco does not know how to develop a team culture. Turks does not set a standard for his players. Turco struggles to communicate and speak honestly about his decisions. "
"At the time, when I was an athlete; he was extremely unprofessional, all he cared about was winning games and conferences. I remember, at practice, first year playing, he called me Whoopi Goldberg…racist much? But it’s all good, Whoopi is EGOT. She won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, & Tony. That’s greatness right there. So I’ll be Whoopi all day but I won’t be someone rooting for this coach. Period"
"When it comes to passion, love, and knowledge of the game, Turco is unmatched. He puts his team first in all aspects of life, always looking for ways to help us improve, both on and off the ice. He’s super cool. My one critique is he doesn’t always play the best players, sometimes gives people playing time based off of seniority or other reasons. "
"Coach Ryder Bohlander to me is not only a lacrosse coach but a role model and leader on the field and off. I have learned many lessons that I could not only use as an athlete but for the greater good of life. "
"Kevin Kelly has gotten lucky with extremely talented players coming through his program. He does not hold the knowledge of the sport to push the team further and his incompetence to be a mentor and even likable figure can be directly correlated to the incredibly low retention rate of freshman he consistently holds."
"Great coach teaches guys life lessons that will stick with them forever. Motivational every time you step on that field you are ready to go to war with your brothers. "
"Ryder is the most straightforward guy you’ll ever meet. He always applies lessons learned on the field to our lives, which helps a lot. He’s not soft and surely won’t take anything. He’d do anything for his team. "
"Very knowledgeable played at the highest level (Maryland). Know the game of lacrosse really well. Huge motivational guy, loves to always have a purpose behind everything. Has developed me into a man while providing me guidance and wisdom throughout my four years. He's really became a second father figure and a friend for life."
"Kevin Kelly is out of touch with the skills needed to push his players to the next level. The school is doing a disservice to their student-athletes by keeping him around. He is disrepectful, used to make girls weigh in for playing time and made constant comments about his "overweight" players. He plays favorites and can't develop talent."
"Kevin Kelly is one of the most difficult people to work with in general. He played favorites and constantly lied to his players and GA's to get what he wanted. You can see by the loss of players year after year how little he cares for them."
"One thing that Ryder really focuses on is Discipline, on and off the field. He does his best to make sure that the players take away something positive from the sport and use the skills they learn on the field and apply them in real world situations"
