"Likes to micromanage athletes, very controlling, does not know enough about the game for NAIA level, always uses same formation and usually picks on certain players he doesn’t like. As an example, he requires college athletes to give him a copy of the key or passcode to the lock on their personal locker. Teams do not like him because he creates a bad environment in general. "
