"Passive aggressive, not supportive of players academics (no help with scheduling conflicts, group project obligations and no team study sessions) and does not create a healthy team culture (no team bonding or events outside of practice/games). Very much a coach that is transactional (about herself) and NOT transformative (about players). Has her father as a volunteer coach who adds little value and does not connect with players, there just for fun. They pout when the team is not playing well. The only bright spot is the paid assistant coach but she seems to play a minor tole due to the father-daughter dynamic. Not the experience we expected from a D3 college program."
"During my senior of high school I took a visit to Muhlenberg and I really enjoyed myself. Coach Topping and Coach Guidon (assistant at the time) were welcoming and took me around the facilities and made my time enjoyable. They were great salesmen and actually elevated Muhlenberg to my top 3 choices of schools. "
"I had the chance to visit with Coach Topping and I think he is a good recruiter. He showed me the facilities and laid out his plan for me as a player on the squad. After not choosing to come to the school though he was irritated by me and was unprofessional after turning down his school which may show a lack of quality leadership."
"Coach Milne is a great coach. He has a great knowledge of football and how to coach. One of his best qualities as a coach is he knows how to interact with student athletes and how to motivate them. "
"Tod has pretty strong relationships with most of the team and is very knowledgeable about the game. Practices are well run and our schedule is very well organized."
"Good experience, but underestimates the value of personal and technical development throughout your college career. Also generally overlooked tactics and focused on best 'individuals' rather than 'best XI'."
"For how young he is compared to other coaches in the Liberty League, he does a phenomenal job coaching and motivating his team, which is also a rather young program"
