"Coach will not like you unless you are one of his favorites. Has his mind pre-decided before any playing happens. Doesn’t discipline his players after incidents with the law and racism. If you are one his of favorites, you can do no wrong in his eyes. His lack of knowledge when coaching a team holds back all players he coaches. Couldn’t motivate a locker room without the help of players. Lies too many players to get their commitment. Would never play for him again and I highly advise to stay away from this program as long as this coach is here. "

"Head games to discourage and emotionally upset players. Plays favorites to those players whose parents are employed by the school. I Never picked up a racquet after my 3rd season —- that’s the worst testament of a coach. Players who loved the sport,, leave it. "

Direct Accessible Honest Cares About Academics Fair

"Passive aggressive, not supportive of players academics (no help with scheduling conflicts, group project obligations and no team study sessions) and does not create a healthy team culture (no team bonding or events outside of practice/games). Very much a coach that is transactional (about herself) and NOT transformative (about players). Has her father as a volunteer coach who adds little value and does not connect with players, there just for fun. They pout when the team is not playing well. The only bright spot is the paid assistant coach but she seems to play a minor tole due to the father-daughter dynamic. Not the experience we expected from a D3 college program."
