"Sinnott was the freshman coach when I was at NCC. He was caring, cultivated an identity amongst the freshman, instilled the standard for excellence that NCC has for its XC/TF teams, and created a foundation for our group to build success on. While Al is the greatest coach of all time and there is no "replacing" him, Sinnott taking the helm for Al maintains the cultural foundation that Al spent 50+ years building while still allowing Sinnott to coach the current team in his own way. I have only been impressed with the testimonies from his current athletes and I am so proud of the direction that the program is going. Happy to be an alumni and to have had the opportunity to work with two amazing great coaches in Al and Sinnott!"

Clear feedback, honest with what you need to work on, and always has high expectations and is willing to help you reach them. She can get a little off topic but she always reels it back into focus. I truly believe her passion in wrestling extends into helping her athletes and I’m great-full for that. Never take a coach like Amanda for granted!"
