"Very limited knowledge of womens soccer. Perhaps he knows more about playing men’s soccer but as a coach he’s useless. He’s also in charge of recruiting and his classes are weak. There’s no thought to team culture. Hard to believe he’s still employed."
"Mike Condon has experienced it all in his own hockey career. He has experienced : The agony of defeat and the thill of victory. Pressure on all fronts and a passion and discipline to play his best. He is humble, leads by example, and deeply understand all areas of the human body and mind that needs to be developed as a successful NHL Goalie. Why would that matter as a goalie coach? He brings everything he has learned from being an NHL goalie to his coaching and provides an invaluable experience towards exceptional goalie development."
"She plays favorites more than an other coach I have ever played with. She had her mind set about you before you even step on the field day one of preseason. She is an extremely awkward person with horrible communication and will tailor each year to benefit her favorite players. She talks poorly about players to other players and allows certain “leaders” to do her job for her as in pick the starting line up or make decisions regarding the entire team. 0/10 would recommend."
"Terrible communication and even worse at creating an healthy team environment. You will be on edge every day at practice and never know when she will erupt. Mentally and emotionally drags players and plays favorites, overall a terrible experience "
"I’ve seen this coach run the Northeastern Women’s track and field team into the ground. I’ve never seen a coach more miserable to be coaching yet insists on making other’s experience just as bad."
"Her training style for the women is military style whilst the men chit chat and stretch while looking pretty. Conniving and only has her own best interest at heart. Doesn’t care for the women athletes and even sabotages their performance with draining training and negative reinforcement. Hates women and doesn’t know the meaning of accountability. If you like track, don’t come here."
"I feel very fortunate that I got to train under Roy at Northeastern. He always prioritized the needs of swimmers both in and out of the pool while also pushing us to achieve our goals. Roy is kind, respectful, and runs a great program at Northeastern. I dramatically improved while swimming for Roy. "
"Roy is the best!! He’s always there for his athletes and take his job very seriously. He’s by far the most supportive/encouraging coach I’ve ever had."
"Easy to approach and talk to. Going to give you an honest answer. Is young but brings so much to the table as a coach. Likes to have a good time, work hard/play hard attitude. Overall an awesome coach."
"Great University and unbelievable college experience (Northeastern), really tough to be a part of Coach Flint's team. As an injured athlete, no matter how strong one is able to recover and play again, it totally changes the coaches perspective and confidence on the player."
