"I had an opportunity to be coached by Frezer for 2 years. I gained so much experience and learned to love the sport at a deeper level than I ever had before. He was loyal to us at our small school even though he could have gone to coach at several large schools. His workouts are constructed surgically, they WILL get you better if you buy in to his training plan. I have never felt more motivated to go through the hard stuff than when he was our coach. If you have an opportunity to be coached by him, take it. "

Hate to see people blame their failures on someone else, but when they succeed at something they give the glory to themselves. Coach is upfront and honest while training you to be the best athlete you can be. If anyone is looking for a coach to get them to the next level, it is this guy.
