"This man should not be allowed to coach or be any type of authority figure or influence over anyone. This man is abusive. He cannot control his emotions. His place of expertise would be a used car salesperson. He is completely disrespectful to parents and more importantly players as well as his assistant . He is extremely negative and operates with a narcissistic mindset. His player’s education, physical, and emotional needs are dismissed. Demanded hurt players to continue to play only to lead to individual injuries to worsen, require more time extensive surgical procedures, and prolonged recover time. Several occasions a player during practice got hurt and his priority was finishing a drill and getting the rest of the teammates to the other end of the court without any concern of the injury. He has an inability to develop players let alone a team. He creates division amongst his players. He was privileged to have the nations leading scorer and was unable to win a game. In game upsets on the road he drove 90 mph and wreck less with the boys. He has no concern about the players being students and assisting them journey academically and making sure they received the help they needed. As most of the year he only had 8 players eligible to play. Verbal abuse, fear, and humiliation to individuals was his coaching tactic. He went to the extent during halftime at the buzzer aggressively going onto the court screaming and physically pushed a player in the chest with a force of that physically knocked him off balance and three steps back from initial point of contact. He has great ideas of culture and verbalizes those expectations however does not model positive culture that benefits and results in harm. He would make a great used car salesman but has no place of leadership as he demonstrates an abuse of power. His knowledge of the game in which he is able to coach effectively is below a junior high level. As he executes 1 offensive play and special plays he grabs for his pockets and calls plays according to the notecard he pulls out. Everything is executed offensively towards one player. His tactic and expectations primary revolves around fast game every second of the clock in which is a necessity but does no good with an inability to slow down, reset and execute He was unable to execute, refused to utilize all players on the floor and empower the players with personal/team confidence that allows them to spread the defense out, utilize everyone where they penetrate and force help, then kick to the open player to confidently shoot. It’s was extremely predictable and frustrating to observe these athletes begin with a love, dedication, years of hard work, to end in a short time under this instruction. Win or lose the ultimate goal in every profession is to do no harm. "
