"doesn't play players fair however it has led to success to hard to go against it. although there are often better players who don't play a lot of the time ego gets in the way which jim eliminates. he is old school but knows the game still and it a great leader"
"Coach Surace isn’t always the coach you want but I always feel like he’s a coach that you need. He is smart coach and is good working with people outside of football to bring help in. You won’t always get what you want/expect from him but I sincerely believe he works for his players and the program as a whole."
