"Jeff Dugdale started Queens University swimming six years ago and has made enormous strides in making division 2 swimming faster and faster. After two National Championships in two consecutive years he has come back each year more excited about the future of his program. Jeff cares so much about his swimmers and his program while balancing a family and taking on an administrative role within the Queens athletic department.
