"Just would like to say that who ever told this coach that he knows the soccer made big mistake. Would not recommend his coaching skills to anyone, very bad."
"Justin is the best kept secret in strength & conditioning. He is extremely knowledgeable and capable of solving any problem his athletes are faced with. He works 75 hours a week with 15 teams and runs a multilayered system with all of them. This is way beyond what RPI has asked him to do. He does it because he knows it’s what’s right for his athletes. Coach Justin should be leading a power 5 weight room, we are lucky to have him. "
"Deeply cares about each athlete as a person off the field. Absolutely has favorites on the field. Has one coaching style and doesn’t adapt for each individual "
"She is willing to help you out with anything off of the field. Cares a lot about who you are as a whole. She can get very intense on the field. Definitely has favorites and does not hide it at all. Overall a very great person and an average coach. "
"Without a doubt the best coach I ever had. Truly wants every individual player to succeed in every facet of life. He came in my senior year and immediately made a massive impact on the program. He instilled values of brotherhood, leadership, grit, service, and excellence. Everyone can buy into that. "
"Coach Lynch is so great. He has done so much with the RPI program, as they are now one of the top Division 3 Cross Country programs in the country. As a coach, he makes each runner feel like they are receiving as much attention as any other runner"
"You need to advocate for yourself. She will listen if you talk to her. Really a mom to the team, wants to see everyone succeed. Treats you like an adult. "
"She always manages to come up with the best drills that help prepare for upcoming games or just to help the team gain more of a lax IQ. She is very respectable of everyone and that in turn makes it easy to have an open relationship with her and makes for a better team environment."
"Weird guy. Really hard to have a conversation with. He focuses alot on the mental side of the game, which is what allows us to be successful even with smaller and not as skilled players."
"Yells a lot. Loves to win. Hates to lose. Cares alot about his guys and the program. If you work hard you will be rewarded. He doesn't exactly buy into the whole lax bro, douchey, Maryland vibe. He wants grinders."
"Bridget will treat you well if you are very talented (one of the starters), but if you aren't she probably won't pay much attention to you. She can be better one on one, but she is brutally honest to beware what questions you ask because you might not be able to handle the answer. Bridget is the main reason a lot of the girls quit the team since she plays you hot and cold throughout your entire athletic career."
