"Coach Blue is now the head coach at Randolph College He is not a good leader. I thought it would get better now that he is in his second year but it has gotten worse. He lets the players with strong personalities yell and scream and it creates a very toxic team environment. His style of coaching puts players at odds with each other instead of creating a culture of respect where both work ethic and talent are rewarded. "

Has accused players that weren't her favorites of talking poorly about her. Runs a conditioning test that even other coaches in our athletic department considered dangerous due to the amount of running involved.
