"Gabe is a great coach and a super nice guy. I had a great experience with him. He is a little disorganized and doesn’t always communicate effectively but his assistant coaches make up for that."
"Wendy is the best field hockey coach I have come into contact with during all my years of playing sports. She is very understanding and goes beyond her job description to help her players on and off the field. "
"Emily is by far the best coach I have ever had. Every single thing she does has so much reason and intention behind it. She is very transparent and friendly. "
"I've never trusted a coach as much as I trust Coach Albert. He knows what he is talking about and he is very honest and tries to help each athlete fulfill their best potential regardless of the amount of talent. He treats his athletes as people first. Great coach. "
"Wendy is an amazing coach. She motivates the whole team and encourages fun, productive, and hard working practices. She is really your mom away from home and looks out for everyone. "
"Wendy is such an amazing coach. She is always there for us when we need her. She is like our mom away from home!!! She is also extremely knowledgeable and pushes us to our limit. Wendy is the best!!!!"
"Very experienced and has knowledge on all the little things that will make you better. He'll put you in a position to do your best when the moment is the biggest if you trust the system."
"Good coach, knows what he is doing. Can sometimes get very set in his ways with drills and such but overall knows how to win and you will be part of a successful program "
"Academically the school is great but our basketball experience so far has been less than expected.
Cons: The coach doesn’t demonstrate a high basketball IQ. We have lost games due to his poor decisions. He definitely has favorites that he plays even when it’s not best for the team. His subbing is very frustrating. It definitely makes you wonder if the AD is paying attention.
Pros: The girls seem to like the coach off the court. He tries to find fun team activities. The coach is friendly with the parents but it’s very awkward for him, but he does have favorite parents too!
Overall, our daughter is making lifelong friends and that is what ultimately matters. These girls have 4 years to make it to the ncaa and it’s heartbreaking watching them work so hard and know they won’t even rank. We have a couple years remaining and pray they won’t be as frustrating as the previous. "
