"I used to love playing tennis until I got Jay Friedman as my coach. Jay is the worst tennis coach I have ever had; he lies to us players, threatens with scholarships, thinks it’s more of a fitness program than tennis, and doesn’t care if you are injured. Jay Friedman does not hesitate to throw threats at you as a player and kick you off the team. If you really like tennis, do not come to Rollins and play for him. "

Pistor does, however, not have the knowledge and experience to make the team anything beyond mediocre result wise. Recruits stagnate and training lacks a clear purpose/vision, partly because all the novices are integrated from day one. "

"Mika does not care about her players and is narcissistic at her core. Coming in she lovebombs freshmen to then do awful things to them later. Every year people quit the team just because of her. Many players also have to take an extra semester as Mika does not allow them to take the classes they need for their academics. I would strongly advise anyone joining her team, she should have been fired a long time ago (too bad her bestie is the athletic department chair)."

"Sjrogren was a great coach during my time at the school! Problem was... he was a really hard person to read. You could never tell how he felt somedays. It was difficult learning how to build a relationship with him. He seamed miserable most of the time, which at times also sucked the energy out of the team during practices and games. If it wasn't for the talent of his players, he wouldn't have gained the success he's had over the last few years. Rollins baseball program could really do so much better! The assistants pretty much do most of the job. They are the glue of the team. Sjrogren is just the face that takes all the credit. "

"I was only on the crew team for 2 months at the end of the season as a walk-on after my swimming career was over. I knew nothing about crew, but Pistor was able to develop my skills and pushed me to be at competition level after just a few weeks. Even though I was brand new to the sport, he was incredibly encourage ing and positive when I doubted myself. His assistance coaches make a dynamic groups and have unyielding faith in the whole team. They are intense and incredibly knowledgeable. I wish I had more time to give to the team, it was a great expiroence!"
