"Respectful, sincere, super nice and cares tremendously about each athlete. Rollins Crew is a place where you’d like to start your rowing career as he teaches the fundamentals. Patient as well. Pistor does, however, not have the knowledge and experience to make the team anything beyond mediocre result wise. Recruits stagnate and training lacks a clear purpose/vision, partly because all the novices are integrated from day one. "

You get out of it what you put in, if you go for individuals and show the coaches you want to take the time to really improve then you’ll get a good response from him.
