"Britt is a no nonsense coach who cares about you, doesn’t accept excuses and pushes players to reach their potential. She rewards hard work and effort over complacency."
"Does not care about academics, rude, disrespectful, aggressive, enjoys to create drama within the team culture, and has poor communication skills. It was very difficult to enjoy soccer while having Ariana as coach."
"sometimes not great at expressing feelings and gets too angry over little things but cares about the team and spends a lot of time focusing on improving team"
"RWU has 53 players on the roster. Many players are told that they will have playing time and some never played more than an inning in their 4 year career. Coach is not accessible at all… Many of the boys on the team have felt they cannot reach out to the coach and speak to him directly. As my child’s coach, I would expect him to be a mentor and a role model. Not someone unapproachable, even if looking for constructive criticism not welcome."
