"Very offensive. Has a very large ego and can never be wrong. Never open to hearing and implementing ideas from the players. If something is not going right, or the team is on a losing streak, he frequently gives speeches about how he has bigger problems. The bottom line of all of them is “quit if you don’t want to be here and respect me”. Playing for him feels like being part of a dictatorship at the collegiate level. He is incredibly rude and does not value his current players. "
