"If you're not on her "like" list, you're not important to her. She doesn't care about you, she only cares about herself and her image. She'll make you feel poorly for every mistake you make if she doesn't like you but excuse starters or those she likes for the exact same mistakes. She only develops players that are in her 6 player game rotation, if you're not in that group you will not get better or grow. During practice, starters are allowed to go half speed and make mistakes because they already play in games. If you're second string, even if you're outplaying the first string players in practice you won't get playing time because she's unwilling to change what's comfortable for her even when it results in losses. She also is awful when it comes to mental health support and understanding. She made me hate basketball after loving it for 16 years and destroyed my passion in the process. "
