"Braden has to be one of the worst coaches I have ever seen in college sports. He does not connect with his student athletes and furthermore, is demotivating and insensitive. "
"Should not be around athletes.Does not create a positive team culture that players want to be a part of.Disorganized, unmotivated.100% do not recommend. "
"Coach claims to prioritize players' mental health however tends to destroy his players mental health on his own. Makes no effort to get to know players as individuals. Often shows up late to practice and does not communicate with players. Makes players feel unwanted and unimportant to the program if they are not starters and will often go entire practices without acknowledging or talking to players."
"Zamore did not create a positive environment and ruined the mental health of all players. There was never a practice plan and was late to practice more often than not. The team thrived when he was not at practice and made no effort to establish any kind of personal connection with any of the players."
"Had an average experience. Found that head games were common as they were trying to be motivational but just made players work against him. Showed up late to team events. Seemed to care more about academics than the product out on the ice. Team culture would only be cultivated by the team, not the coaching staff."
"Hands down the worst Coach I’ve ever had. Divided the team into A vs B, and once you were on B you were better off quitting (which many did). Starters we’re losing, bench’s fault. “Tests you mentally” by putting you under so much pressure you crack. Not a favorite, she doesn’t care about you. "
"Best coach I have ever had. Cares about developing good people and not just good athletes. Truly cares about every single player and will have anyone’s back. He is the reason I grew so much as a human being in my four years at Merrimack. "
"Coach is a person who really cares about her student athletes, on and off the field she is there in case the student athletes need anything at all. She is always accessible and willing to help in any way possible. She is very motivational and an incredible leader. She taught me so much about field hockey, as well as many valuable life lessons. "
"My coach is a great coach. She knows what she is doing and so does her staff. She plays the people who can contribute the most to get the win. She is intense but pushes her athletes to their fullest potential."
"Tends to over-recruit. Too many players on the roster. Too many players to compete for minimal playing time. Picks favorites. Never direct about what playing time is actually going to be like. Many people end up transferring out, due to a high number of incoming D1 transfers. Seniority doesn't matter. "
"He is very knowledgable about soccer but this is overshadowed by his difficulty in creating healthy relationships. He holds grudges, plays favorites, and cheers on only certain players. He doesn't follow through with a lot of his goals."
"Coach B was great for my last two years at Merrimack. He is a young coach but definitely has a ton of baseball knowledge. He always pushed us hard and held us accountable when we didn't do something right, but was very open to discussing any issues and helping us find ways to find solutions in any challenges we had."
"Elie is very knowledgable about the game of soccer. He has very different relationships with each one of his players. Some find him difficult to talk to while others seem to get along with him just fine. I think he is an overall good soccer coach but his communication skills off the field are not the best."
"Coach Loiseau is committed to bringing a National Championship to the Southern New Hampshire University Baseball program. He is extremely knowledgable and understands what it takes to be successful."
