"He is very knowledgable about soccer but this is overshadowed by his difficulty in creating healthy relationships. He holds grudges, plays favorites, and cheers on only certain players. He doesn't follow through with a lot of his goals."

Some find him difficult to talk to while others seem to get along with him just fine. I think he is an overall good soccer coach but his communication skills off the field are not the best."
