"In order to write a review a star rating was needed. If negative stars was an option that would be accurate for this person - coach should not associated with his name. He is not knowledgeable or positive. what he is is overly intense and fosters a negative team culture. The blame lies above, because he is allowed to take on responsibilities beyond his scope which are not contributing to a winning season but instead are fostering a negative atmosphere. That being said the athletic director has had plenty of years to do his part and nothing has been done even though it has been brought to his attention. Maybe he should have every player and every parent that sit through these games and for the players practices and give you their insights, stories and negative conversations that are occurring. "

Doesn’t establish or really believe in any recovery or mobility outside of “eating some good food and sleeping early”. Overall a disorganized unathletic slob who ruins his athletes potential and a disgrace to the sport. "

Recruits enough decent foreigners to be successful but never once asked how classes were going, how I was or gave any feedback on how to get better. "Cared more about screaming at refs than coaching. Never adapted or changed up formations even when getting crushed entire game, played same 13/14 players, never ever gave others a sniff at field even when up or down by 5 goals. All girls on that team were capable of given starters 10 minute break, but never given chance. Hopefully new coach will turn program back to its old form. "

"Leigh does not know how to differentiate between friendships and player-coach relationships. It in turn ruined an entire season. She would take out her anger being mad at players who she considered her "friend" on the entire team at practice. Very unprofessional. She would yell at the refs so much that players on the team would have to apologize to the referee on the team's behalf. It was very embarrassing. Once called a ref by his first name and said "_____ you are f-ing horrible". "
